2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), the content of your message, and technical data sent automatically with the form (IP address, date and time).
- Email: your email address, name and the content of the correspondence.
- Website visits: server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us, ensuring the security and proper operation of the website, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Your data may be processed on our behalf by service providers under data processing agreements: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and contact form handling), our email hosting provider in Poland, and IT service providers supporting us.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Netlify, Inc. may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on safeguards provided for in the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the matter and any further communication, and afterwards until the limitation period for possible claims expires. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
8. Voluntary provision
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to your enquiry. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server.
